Folks who have dared to return here since last week will remember that as part of my involvement with the New York Teachers' Letter, I wrote a literature review on Merit Pay. This week, I've added a "reality review" of how other places evaluate their teachers to the pile. Unsurprisingly, no one worth emulating seems to do it the way that Governor Cuomo wants to do it.
