Because I'm All About The LOOT!
As fun as it is to give it all away, I get enough notes in from folks who are interested in giving me some more...tangible...support for the work I'm doing on the internet that I've finally spent a bit of time thinking about how that might be accomplished. Here's the result, which describes the avenues by which anyone who is motivated to send a few bucks my way can do so. The cost of maintaining this site and mrknuffke.net are not prohibitive, but they are also not negligible. To that end, I'm not going to refuse the largesse of those who would offer it.
Additionally, this note serves as public notification that the links to Amazon that you find here from this point onward will be affiliated links (meaning that I'll get a little kickback when you buy something from Amazon after following those links). Transparency is important.
Even more important is that all of the "funding" that I decide to use is very much optional, and very much not getting in the way of the user-experience of any of my websites. And of course, there's no need to do any of the things listed on the support page at all. I mean, it's not like I'm going to stop doing what I'm doing regarding any of my various projects, and as always the greatest thing you can do is to use whatever you find here that is useful.
