Things for Class: Revamped Phylogeny Inquiry Project

The major inquiry project for this year's AP Bio classes during our Evolution Domain is going to be an updated variant of my typical phylogenetic inquiry activity. The activity has taken a pile of forms over the years. For this year, by student request, I'm moving back to an IMRAD-style brief (instead of an informational slideshow), and the platform for alignment/tree generation has moved over to Seaview. I also updated the rubric to a "single-point" style, because that seemed like fun and I want to try it. Here are the revised materials (that haven't been posted to mrknuffke.net yet, and won't until at least the summer of 2019). Let me know if you use them, have any questions, or all the rest of it.
