Another in our series of aides to the readership. The following is the first in a series of humbly submitted words that should be removed from usage by the American public. Netroots: Supposedly the modern incarnation of "grass roots", the word rose to prominence this year with the election of Barack Obama to the Presidency. Apparently, the "netroots" were instrumental in putting the candidate over the top. Mr. McCain, on the other hand was hamstrung by his lack of a cohesive net strategy and inability to front a suitable netroots movement of his own (plus, his running mate was a fucking toolbag). Netroots should die a quick death, if for no other reason than the fact that Mr. Obama has done his damnedest since being elected to disappoint his rabid left-wing techie supporters at every turn.
