Folks who come around here are no stranger to the progress of the science teacher writing project that I started last year with some like-minded friends. Last year's effort was great, but I'm really looking forward to this year, if for no other reason than the fact that we've built a permanent home for this project to be an annual thing. And to that end, I'm glad to announce that the topic for this year's writing cycle has been chosen, and I think it's pretty great:
What is the most important thing that we can teach our students?
If that seems like an interesting topic to you, or you know any science teachers who might be interested in writing on the theme, please head on over to the project website to learn more. Personally, I'm looking forward to another great collection of writing from a great group of the nation's science teachers.
